“Wow – what a find. I stayed here as a stop over part way through a long journey and it was just what I needed. Rikki answered all of my queries and was flexible about check in. He showed me around and then left me to it. They have really created a home away from home. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything I needed – they have obviously really thought about what a traveler will need. The property is quiet and spacious and I sat outside for an evening drink in the beautiful private garden. I even had a visit from 3 deers (well deer types but smaller!). The bed was comfy and I had a great sleep and then headed off for the rest of my journey. I was traveling on my own and also felt really safe knowing the guys were next door if I needed anything. I would recommend this property to anyone.”

“Rikki’s house was exactly, if not better, than advertised. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and great showers! Rikki and Phil were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and had a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, full of local produce. The house is situated in a quiet hamlet and ideally placed for getting out into the country or just relaxing in the peace and quiet. We had a lovely stay here and will definitely be back!”

“Arrived very late at night but had no problem finding the house, the directions were perfect. Great sensor/security lights. Entered the house and we all said ‘wow’! It is beautiful, very spacious and stylish. Beautiful Christmas tree lit up and an amazing hamper. I had packed tea, coffee, bread, milk etc but was all there, you just could not ask for more or better. The beds are soooo comfy, we didn’t want to get out of bed! Bedding and towels all soft and smelt nice…everything was just perfect.”

“What an absolute gem! Definitely the nicest place I have ever stayed at in the UK. Everything about it is lovely. From the decor, the furnishings, the garden, the peace and quiet, the location and not forgetting the hosts. A real delight to stay there. Faultless. The hosts are so nice and helpful. “WOW, what a property, in a beautiful location. The cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated, which gave it a really homely feel, had more than u need inside, from lotions, fluffy large towels, pretty bed linen, with extras in the kitchen cupboards, and then there was the welcome hamper which was very nice and a added bonus. Communication was excellent and great to meet our hosts, lovely guys. The garden is amazing, a lot bigger than the photos. Overall 5 stars – amazing.”

“One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The hosts had thought of everything. It felt like home from home. Lovely large secure garden which my dog enjoyed exploring and a swing attached to the tree which an adult can enjoy as well as the kids. The lodge was very clean, and decorated beautifully throughout. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Wonderful hosts. Check in/check out times better than most. Would recommend this place.”

“The whole place was beautifully equipped, kitted out. It was quiet and plenty of parking. There was an amazing welcome hamper for us all to share. It had a lovey relaxed theme throughout the cottage, all in green just like the name.There was plenty of plates etc. It was very clean and would have loved to stay longer. The garden was restful too. In the morning we saw the muntjac feeding on the mulberries.”

“Wow, what a find! The lodge had everything you could ever want and I loved how much Rikki had thought about everything you might need. It was like a home from home but even better. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfortable (better than our own), the whole place was spotless and the area is absolutely gorgeous. The lodge website had lots of useful information and the recommendations were brilliant. We visited Bury St. Edmund’s which is a lovely place and went for dinner at The Angel, the food was delicious, thanks for the tip! There is so much more to explore, so we’re looking forward to heading back next summer. Thanks for making our mini break so fabulous!”

“Greenacre Lodge is beautiful, perfectly decorated, clean, and comes with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away! The hosts had so kindly left us a care package with bread, snacks and some drinks on the dining table! There was coffee, and every tea bag you might need, herbs, spices, butter and even some locally sourced eggs! As the weather hadn’t been great, we didn’t get a chance to get out into the garden much, but I imagine the decking area and BBQ would be fab in the summer! Upstairs, all the shower rooms had toiletries provided and plenty of towels! The lodge was lovely and warm, and the beds super comfy! We’ll definitely be returning to Hinderclay! The local area is lovely, we went on a circular walk recommended in the information pack. Found some lovely villages whilst driving around and popped to Lavenham on our way home for a spot of Harry Potter spotting and a farmer’s market! Thank you so much! ☺️
